Getting Your Weight Loss Back On Track

  Lots of us make a New Year's resolution to lose weight. We swear up and down that THIS time we're really to shed those unwanted pounds. And around this time of year, there are just as many of us who may have lost five or six pounds, but we've simply lost our motivation!


Losing weight is hard work and requires commitment. If you're weight loss plan has stalled here are some tips to get you back on track.

You're not a failure! So get that out of your mind right now. Losing weight is not dependent on whether or not you've been 'good' or 'bad'. Focus instead on the success you've had in shedding the first five pounds.
